If we could only speak to you,
And hold your loving hand,
No matter what we say or do,

Sadly missed along life's way,
Quietly remembered every day,
No longer in our life to share,

Memory is a lovely lane,
Where hearts are ever true,
A lane I so often travel down,
Because it leads to you.


Your presence I miss,

Why the Lord chose to call you away,

Though you died two years ago.
